Scrambled eggs with bacon

Recipe for  scrambled eggs and bacon with addition of broccoli
For one person:

  • 2 eggs
  • olive oil
  • 100 grams bacon
  • salt
  •  additions: boiled broccoli

Preparation – scrambled eggs and bacon:
First, in a  heated pan add a little bit of olive oil.  Add the clean bacon and fry until is ready (you can make it more crispy if you like it that way) . Crack the eggs into a bowl, add some salt, and mix them until  you get good mixture. 
Then add the egg mixture into a pan. Mix until the eggs are ready. You can serve them with addition of boiled broccoli.
