Scrambled eggs with Mushrooms

Recipe for  scrambled eggs with mushrooms and addition of broccoli
Enjoy a delicious and easy to make breakfast with your family.

For one person:

  • 2 or 3 eggs
  • olive oil
  • 200 grams fresh mushrooms
  • salt
  • additions: boiled broccoli

Preparation of scrambled eggs with mushrooms and addition of broccoli:
First, clean the fresh mushrooms. Then in a heated pan add a little bit of olive oil. Add the clean fresh mushrooms to the heated pan, add some salt, and mix them until they are fried regularly.

Second, Crack the eggs into a bowl, add some salt, and mix them until you get a good mixture.
Then add the egg mixture into the pan with fried mushrooms. Mix until the eggs are ready. You can serve them with boiled broccoli.

Decoration: Basil

To have a drink, we recommend either a cup of cold yogurt or a cup of fresh juice.
